  • MAKING A RESERVATION :

    To request a reservation at a specific hotel, please press on the button labelled Enquiry / Booking Form, which is displayed at the top of every 'Hotel Information Page', and complete the form. We cannot reply to enquiries sent via this form.


  • QUESTIONS REGARDING AN EXISTING RESERVATION / ENQUIRY :

    If you have any questions regarding an existing reservation or enquiry, you should use the MESSAGING SYSTEM in our 'Online Reservations System' to send a message (i.e. an e-Mail) directly to the hotel.
    PLEASE NOTE that it is only the hotel that can answer your questions regarding your enquiry or reservation.
    (After logging in and selecting the relevant reservation, you will find the 'Messaging System' towards the bottom of the page.)


  • CANCELLING A RESERVATION :

    If you need to cancel a reservation, you should login, locate the reservation, then press the black button labelled 'Cancel the Reservation', and follow the on-screen instructions.

    If you have any questions regarding a cancellation, you should use the MESSAGING SYSTEM in our 'Online Reservations System' to send a message (i.e. an e-Mail) directly to the hotel.
    PLEASE NOTE that it is only the hotel that can answer your questions regarding a cancellation.

  • BOAT HIRE / YACHT CHARTER ENQUIRIES :

    Please use the dedicated 'Boat Hire Enquiry Form'. This will ensure the most relevant charter manager contacts you, based on the information you enter into the form.
